1. Shortlisting: Candidates will be shortlisted based on the percentage of marks (up to two decimal places) secured in their qualifying Graduate Degree exam. This is subject to fulfilling all prescribed qualification criteria for the UIIC Apprentices Online Form 2025.
2. CGPA/OGPA/GPA Conversion: If the qualifying exam result is declared in CGPA / OGPA / GPA, it will be converted into a percentage by multiplying the obtained grade by a factor of 10. This converted percentage must be indicated in the online application form.
3. Merit List Tie-breaker: In cases where two or more candidates secure the same percentage of marks, their position in the merit list will be determined by their date of birth, with the older candidate being placed higher.
4. Intimation: Shortlisted candidates will receive intimation exclusively through their registered Email IDs.
5. Document Verification: Shortlisted You must appear in person for verification of documents at various offices of United India Insurance Co Ltd. with details to be intimated in due course.
6. Final Engagement List: The final engagement list will be prepared after verifying all details entered in the NATS portal against original documents and will be subject to the availability of vacancies in the respective state.

1. Visit the NATS Portal: Go to www. Nats. Education. Gov. In.
2. For First-Time Enrollment: If you aren’t already enrolled, click on “Student Register,” finish the registration form. and obtain your Enrollment Number.
3. For Already Enrolled Students:Login to the NATS portal using your existing login details.
4. Search for Establishment: Under “Apply against advertised vacancies,” search for “UNITED INDIA INSURANCE COMPANY LTD.”
5. Apply: Click on the “Apply” button for the relevant UIIC Apprentices Recruitment 2025 advertisement.
6. Upload All Required Documents:Upload the B.E / B.Tech/ B.A./ B.Sc., / B.Com.,/ BBA/ BCA etc., Provisional Certificate (or) Consolidated Mark Sheet.

• Candidates should exercise utmost care while furnishing details in their application forms. The Company reserves the right to reject ineligible candidate’s applications at any stage of the selection.
• All correspondence regarding the Apprenticeship Training program will be sent exclusively to the email ID provided by the candidate in their online application form. This email ID must remain active for receiving all communications.
• Incomplete applications or applications submitted without supporting documents will be summarily rejected. The Company takes no responsibility for receiving or collecting any certificates or documents sent separately.
• The candidate’s name should be spelled correctly in the application as it appears in their certificates/mark sheets. Any discrepancy or alteration found may lead to disqualification of candidature.
• Candidates are advised not to change their appearance until the engagement process is fully wrap up.
• The Company’s decision on all matters concerning candidate qualification, the stages of scrutiny, required documents for selection, and any other selection-related aspect will be final and binding.
• The Company reserves the right to modify, amend, or cancel any of the qualification criteria and/or other terms and conditions specified in the official Notification.
• Shortlisted candidates you need to produce original documents related to Age, Qualification, etc., for verification. Ineligibility found during document verification will result in the candidate not being allowed to join the Apprenticeship Program.
• Mere submission of an application and apparent fulfillment of advertised criteria don’t guarantee an invitation for the Apprenticeship program.
• Canvassing in any form for training seats will lead to disqualification.
• If it’s detected at any stage that a candidate doesn’t meet qualification norms, has provided incorrect/false information, or suppressed material facts (including engaging in unfair practices), their candidature will be cancelled. If such shortcomings are found even after engagement – the Apprenticeship Training contract is liable to be terminated without any compensation or claim.
• Candidates are advised to submit their applications well in advance of the last date. The Company won’t be responsible for late submissions due to reasons beyond its control.
• Shortlisted You must produce all requisite original documents, along with self-attested photocopies, in support of their qualification, educational qualification, and identity during document verification. It’s important to note that failure to produce required documents will render the candidate ineligible. Non-submission of requisite documents at the time of engagement will result in cancellation of candidature and debarment from any subsequent stage.
• You must ensure the following documents are clearly uploaded in their NATS student profile: Degree Certificate – Provisional Certificate, Consolidated Mark sheet, Aadhaar Card, Bank Passbook (in the candidate’s name), Latest Passport-size Photograph.
• You must make sure all details entered in their student profile on the NATS portal (Candidate’s Name, Parents’ Names, Aadhaar Number, Educational qualification) accurately match the information on their educational documents.
• Candidates can apply for engagement in ONE STATE only.
• The duration of the apprenticeship training is one year.
• Reservation for SC/ST/OBC/PwBD will be followed as per guidelines under the Apprentices Act.
