The selection for NLC Security Guard posts is a multi-stage process based on merit. You must meet minimum qualifying marks in each component. The process includes:

- Physical Test: 30 marks (15% weightage). Includes 1.6 km Walk/Run, Sit-ups – and Push-ups. Each graded as Excellent (10 marks), Good (7 marks), and Pass (5 marks). You must pass all three tests.
